Frequently Asked Questions
When do my points expire?
Points are valid for 1 year from your last activity. Regular shopping keeps your points active automatically.
What happens if I cancel an order?
Any points used on a cancelled or refunded order are fully restored to your account. Points earned from that order are also reversed.
Can my membership level go down?
Never. Once you reach a level, it is yours permanently. Levels only go up, never down.
How many points can I use per order?
Maximum 500 points (₹50 discount) per order. A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem.
Do birthday bonuses apply automatically?
Yes! Save your birthday in Account Settings and we automatically apply the 2× point multiplier on all orders placed during your birthday month.
Can I transfer points to another account?
Points are non-transferable and are valid only on the account on which they were earned.
Is there a cost to join?
