This Privacy Policy explains how Noble Institute for Premier Studies and Technologies (NIPSTec) Ltd. (referred to as “NIPSTec Jewelry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes your personal data in connection with our services offered through www.nipstecjewelry.com (the “Site”). Who We Are:

NIPSTec Jewelry is a division of Noble Institute for Premier Studies and Technologies (NIPSTec) Ltd., a company registered in Delhi, India. When we use the terms “NIPSTec Jewelry”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Noble Institute for Premier Studies and Technologies (NIPSTec) Ltd. and its relevant divisions and affiliates involved in the operation of the NIPSTec Jewelry e-commerce platform.

As NIPSTec Jewelry primarily operates within India, our practices are generally governed by the data protection laws applicable in India. If we choose or are required by law to provide different or additional disclosures relating to the processing of personal data about residents of certain other countries or regions in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

  • Within NIPSTec: We may share personal data within our company, including our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

For example, this may include vendors and providers who engage in marketing or advertising activities or provide mailing or email services, SMS messaging services, online live and automated chatbot services, payment processing, analytics services, IT services, product fulfillment, and web hosting. How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

We will need to verify your identity before processing your request, which will generally involve matching sufficient information you provide to us with the information we maintain about you in our systems or, if applicable, successfully logging into your account on our Site. We may also need to request additional personal data from you depending on the nature of your request and our relationship with you.

We will only use the personal data provided in connection with a Privacy Rights Request to verify your identity and to process and respond to your request.

In certain circumstances, we may decline or limit your request to exercise these rights, particularly if we are unable to verify your identity or locate your information in our systems. If we decline your request, we will inform you of the reasons for our decision, as required by applicable law.
