We accept return and exchange requests within 24 hours of the receipt of the item, applicable only on orders of ₹500 or more. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, or if the order value is less than ₹500, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
2. It must be returned in its original packaging.
3. Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return/exchange request is accepted and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange will be processed in accordance with our policies.

All approved returns and exchanges will be completed within 15 business working days.
