Eligibility for Exchange & Return Policy
- Kindly ensure that you record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel, exactly as it was received from NIPSTec Jewelry. This video will be required for any exchange request.
- Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is received in a broken or damaged condition.
- An item is missing from the order.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
In all such cases, refunds will not be processed. Instead, a replacement product will be shipped to you.
Unboxing Video Requirements
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange & return claims.
- Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed package as received.
- The full unboxing process.
- The product inside highlights the issue.
Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.
Initiating a return request
To raise a return request, please follow the steps below:
- Share your Order ID and Contact Number.
- Upload at least two clear photos of the product.
- Provide the complete unboxing video as recorded while opening the parcel.
- Email all the above details to jewelry@nipstec.com
Please ensure all required information is submitted to enable us to process your request smoothly.
Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Issues)
- For any size, fit, or quality concerns reported after 48 hours of delivery, the product must be sent to our warehouse for further evaluation.
- Our team will conduct a Quality Assessment (QA) upon receipt of the item
Based on the assessment, the product will be repaired or replaced, as applicable
The repaired or replacement item will be shipped back to you.
Note: Refunds are not applicable under warranty claims. Only repair or replacement services will be provided.
Processing Time
Please allow 24–48 working hours for us to review and process your return request after all required details have been submitted.
Additional Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accompanying materials.
- Claims raised significantly after delivery may not be accepted.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return or warranty.
- Reshipped or replacement items are non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions for Returns and Warranty
- Products are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery, only if the issue (missing, damaged, or defective item) is clearly visible in the unboxing video. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances.
- Refunds are not applicable. For all eligible cases, only a replacement product will be provided.
- For concerns other than damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you may raise a request via email and send the product to our warehouse for repair or replacement. Such requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once the product is received, our team will conduct a Quality Assessment (QA). Based on the assessment, the item will be repaired or replaced, and the updated product will be shipped back to you.
- Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing after submitting your exchange or return request along with all required details.
- Replaced or exchanged items are non-refundable.
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, any advance or partial payment made will not be refunded.
